
A lifelong resident of Fort Wayne, Dr. Jim is a graduate of Bishop Luers High School. He received his undergraduate degree from Purdue University in 1992 prior to entering Palmer College of Chiropractic. His five year academic program included courses in anatomy, physiology, diagnosis and various adjusting techniques. In 1997 he was awarded the degree of Doctor of Chiropractic. During his time at Palmer College, he served his class as an executive officer. In addition, he worked as an advertising representative for the Beacon newspaper and was instrumental in the continued restoration of the Palmer Historical Mansion.
Among the techniques utilized by Dr. Jim are diversified, Thompson, lumbar flexion/distraction and activator. He has earned a degree in Iridology and has studied extensively in the field of nutrition and concentrated whole food supplements. Using both chiropractic adjustments and nutritional supplements, Dr. Jim has helped innumerable patients overcome very serious health problems and achieve total wellness.
Dr. Jim is active in his community and he is a Board Member of the Palmer Foundation for Chiropractic History located in Davenport, Iowa. He enjoys bicycling, skiing, boating, camping, photography, woodworking and spending time with his great family!
